ZRE Gdańsk Diagnostic laboratory offers the scope of non-destructive and destructive tests of welded joints and metallurgic materials used for technical equipment.
The testing applies to all equipment subject to technical inspection, such as: steam and water boilers, steam and water turbines, pipelines, pressure hydraulic and pneumatic tanks, non-pressure tanks for fuels and dangerous materials, pumps, cranes, winches, steel structures of cranes, as well as individual parts of these devices.
Examinations and measurements are made in order to assess technical condition of the equipment and parts, and for early detecting damages and irregularities for preventing breakdowns and stoppages.
Assessment of the actual condition of the equipment enables rational planning the dates and costs of renovations, avoiding losses and achieving high economic effects.
All the work is made according to requirements of standards, regulations and guidelines of Office of Technical Supervision by high-qualified and certified research staff of the Laboratory
The diagnostic laboratory, registered under number L-II-137/06, has a second grade acceptation of Polish Office of Technical Inspection and acceptation of Lloyd's Register of Shiping
